Cheer Bear – cheer + buckets of angst = Emo Bear
Cheer Bear’s enthusiasm is contagious, and she always has a supportive word for those who need it. Her bubbly disposition, combined with her willingness to act as cheerleader, makes everyone want to befriend her. Emo Bear, on the other hand, is mostly always in a dark mood. She loves to whine about how lonely she is, how no-one understands her, and how the world is so unfair, dreary, and tedious. Instead of hanging out with the other Care Bears, she’d prefer to lock herself in her room and spend the day writing bad poetry and painting her nails black.  While Grumpy Bear feels a certain camaraderie with her, even he can’t stand her constant whining.  The other Bears hope she’s just going through a phase, but they’re just about ready to evict her from Care-a-Lot unless she changes her attitude soon. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
